Spent many hours sitting and listening to her tales, my personal favourites where her books under the name of Elizabeth Law. I remember seeing her type writer with half finished manuscripts next to it. She used to jump up and go to the desk and not down a thought and then come back and continue the conversation as if she hasn’t moved. She returned to the Uk due to contracting bronchitis and pneumonia and I didn’t get chance to say good bye.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19307003.post-26327512756954149822022-02-23T19:14:21.941-06:002022-02-23T19:14:21.941-06:00Hi there! Kat Howard.<BR/>I also have the book tie-in by her for the movie "Henry VIII and his Six Wives." It was based on the very popular BBC series with Keith Mitchell, who reprises his role as Henry. But in this film version, Charlotte Rampling plays Anne Boleyn. Takl about some va-va-voom. It was released by EMI Pictures and I've never been able to find it on DVD or video. However the MP paperback tie-in features pics from the film, with the six wives lined up on the back cover.C.W.
